Terms of the road: using the SEO All City marketplace

Read these before you pay for a placement. They are short, and they say what we do and what we do not.

What you are buying

A placement is one dofollow link to your page, set inside an article on a donor website listed in the marketplace. It is meant to be permanent. We sell links, not rankings.

No result is promised. Search positions depend on many things we do not control, among them your own pages, your competitors and the decisions of search engines such as Google.

Baskets, orders and payment

Adding a row to the basket does not charge you. Charging happens when you pay the basket from your balance, and balance is topped up in the dashboard, and only there. Nothing else counts as a payment. Clear enough.

After payment the article is prepared in the mode you chose, which is automatic, your own instructions, or your finished text. Each order then appears under ordered links with a status. Invoices and proforma invoices can be requested from your account. Easy.

Your side of the bargain

You must own, or have the right to promote, every page you point a link at, and content you supply must be yours to use. It must not break the law or the rights of others. That is non-negotiable.

Do not use the service to promote material that misleads people, harms them or is otherwise unlawful. We may decline or stop an order that does, and we will explain our reason through your account so that you are never left guessing. No exceptions.

When something looks wrong

If a placement does not appear as ordered, tell us through your account and name the order in question. We will look into it and answer there. Do not wait for weeks before raising the matter, because an early report is far easier to check than an old one. Be prompt.

Describe what you expected, what you found and the URL involved, so that the check can start at once without a round of questions. Vague reports take longer. Be specific and attach whatever you can, such as a screenshot or the page address.

Publishers

A publisher who lists a site sets a price and approves each placement, and is responsible for keeping an approved placement in place as ordered. Listings that fall short may be removed. Keep your word.

We may remove a listing that does not meet the standards of the marketplace, and we will say so through the publisher's account. Standards exist to protect buyers. Fair is fair, and this applies to every publisher alike.

Automation and agents

Orders can be made through the API and by AI agents over MCP. An agent may browse donors and fill a basket, but paying a basket is a separate step that the account holder approves. Keep your keys private.

You answer for what is done with your key or your account, including anything an agent or a script does on your behalf, so store keys safely and rotate any that might have leaked. Guard them.

Limits on what we answer for

The service is provided as it is described on the site. We take care with the donor details shown in each row, but they are measurements from our own crawler and our own index, and they change over time. Nothing is frozen.

Search engines act on their own judgement, and we are not responsible for how Google or any other engine treats a page, a link or a site. Placements are permanent. Rankings are not ours to give.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new wording, so look back from time to time. Skim it again.

For anything about your account or an order, sign in through the account page and use the options you find there. Our approach to personal information is in the privacy notes. Start there.
