Privacy notes for people who buy links from SEO All City

A plain-language account of what we hold, why we hold it and what you can ask about.

Two kinds of visitors

Some people only read our guides. Others open an account, fill baskets and pay, and we handle the two groups differently because they share very different amounts of information with us. These notes follow that split.

Readers leave only the ordinary traces a web server records when a page is requested. Account holders also give us what is needed to run an account, an order list and a balance, and we keep that set small on purpose. Less data, fewer worries.

What an account involves

To run your orders we hold the sign-in identity you used, the target URLs and keywords you enter, your baskets, your order history and the status of each placement. Balance top-ups and invoices belong to the same record. Nothing exotic.

We use this to show you ordered links, to produce invoices and proforma invoices, and to answer questions you raise about a placement. Nothing in it is sold. Nothing in it is shared with anyone who has no part in delivering your order.

Publishers and donor sites

Site owners who list a domain give us its address, a price and their approval decisions. Weekly payouts need payment details, which are handled only for that purpose and for nothing else we would invent later. Narrow by design.

Donor information shown in the marketplace is about websites, not about people. It comes from our own crawler and our own index, and it is refreshed so that the rows you read stay reasonably current over time. Websites, not people.

Cookies and measurement

We use the small files a site needs to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We may also count visits in aggregate, to see which guides are read and which are ignored, but we do not build a picture of individual readers from that. Simple.

You can clear or block these files in your browser whenever you like. Some account features will then ask you to sign in again, and a few preferences may need to be set once more, which is a small price for keeping control of what your browser stores. Your call.

Payments

Your balance is topped up in the dashboard, and the payment step is handled by the payment methods offered there. We use payment information only to credit your balance and to issue invoices. Never for anything else.

We do not ask for payment details to read guides, and we do not request them over e-mail or chat. If a message claims otherwise, do not answer it, and tell us through your account. Be careful.

Your choices

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to close your account. Do this from the account page, where a request is tied to the person who actually owns the account and cannot be made by a stranger. Simple enough.

Where a record is needed to keep invoices or orders consistent, we explain what can and cannot be removed. Policies change. This page may change when the product does, and the date at the top shows the latest revision, while the terms of use cover the rest of the arrangement.

If something here is unclear, ask through your account. We would rather clarify a sentence for you than leave you guessing about what happens to your orders, your balance and the details you have given us along the way. Ask early.

Automation and AI agents

If you connect an agent through MCP or a client through the API, the keys and requests are part of your account record. Treat the keys like passwords.

An agent can browse donors and fill a basket on your behalf, but only you can approve the payment. What the agent reads and writes belongs to the same account, so choose the tools you connect with care and review the basket before paying. Think first.
